Mira has been playing violin for the last 10 years. She completed her grade nine RCM exam last year and is currently working on grade 10 RCM repertoire. She has been in CYO (Calgary Youth Orchestra) for the last two years and has been in the Amici String Program for the past 9, both of which have helped her amass experience in chamber music and given her performance opportunities.

Mira has a passion for music and teaching, and has gained experience in coaching and teaching violin through the Amici string program with helping out at their summer camps. She is also a member of the Aberhart highschool Symphonic band which has given her the opportunity to broaden her musical horizons beyond classical music. Mira believes that playing the violin is an enriching and joyful experience and aims to share that with her students.
