About Me
Luna is a dedicated violinist and passionate educator who is committed to sharing young musicians the love of music. Having studied under Nirvana, the founder, cornerstone and artistic director of the academy, for the past five years, she has developed a strong technical foundation and is currently working toward her RCM Level 9 certification.
In 2025, Luna achieved First Class Honours with Distinction on her RCM Level 8 Theory examination, demonstrating both her musical knowledge and academic excellence. She is also an active ensemble musician, having performed with orchestras at both the academy and Mount Royal University Conservatory, where she continues to refine her collaborative and performance skills.
Teaching Approach
As a teacher, Luna is dedicated to creating a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow in confidence and musical ability. She believes that a strong technical foundation, combined with patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love of music, is key to long-term success. Her goal is to help beginners develop solid violin skills while fostering a lifelong appreciation for music in a warm and motivating atmosphere.
